Sukkahs, frames, panels, coverings, schach, accessories, and other products must be properly installed and secured and should not be used in conditions that may make their use unsafe.

Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and taking appropriate precautions. Products should not be relied upon to withstand severe winds, storms, flooding, falling objects, fire, or other hazardous conditions unless specifically represented otherwise in writing by Sukkahs R Us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sukkahs R Us and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the installation, use, misuse, failure, movement, collapse, storage, or handling of a product.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

By purchasing or using a Sukkahs R Us product, the customer acknowledges that outdoor structures involve inherent risks and agrees to use reasonable care and follow all provided instructions and safety recommendations.
