Refund & Return Policy

All sales from Sukkahs R Us are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed, except in the case of a product defect covered by our warranty.

Because our sukkahs and related products are seasonal merchandise and may be prepared, packaged, ordered, or reserved specifically for each customer, customers are responsible for confirming the correct product, size, quantity, and specifications before completing their purchase.

Defective Products

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Sukkahs R Us as soon as the defect is discovered. We may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue.

If we determine that the product or component is defective and covered by our warranty, our remedy will be, at our discretion, to repair or replace the defective product or component.

A defect does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper installation, misuse, accidents, alterations, failure to follow instructions, improper storage, weather-related damage, or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered manufacturing defects.
